The bottle of Riesling was placed immediately in the fridge with a cork bottle stopper after being opened. There is about half a bottle left and it has been in the fridge for about 3 months. Is it still good to drink?

A bottle of wine starts oxidising when you open up the bottle. It won’t ‘spoil’ like milk so you can still use it after three months but it will have deteriorated greatly in quality.

Sure. It might taste a little off but probably OK.
Your wine will be ok, depending on how you stored it the taste may not be as vibrant. If you stored it to where the wine is against the cork the cork will stay moist and not let any air in so the wine will stay longer.
The wine may not taste as good as it did when fresh, but, it will not hurt you. The worst case scenario is that it will have turned to vinegar. If that has happened, use it as vinegar in cooking or salad dressing.

Taste it. Swish it around in your mouth. It won’t kill you even if it’s gone bad. It will just be a little tangy.
